Who we are
Marbella Live is an information website about property, new developments and areas on the Costa del Sol, Spain. The data controller is the owner of Marbella Live. You can contact us about your data at hello@marbella.live.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries and requests (price lists, shortlists, quiz and calculator results, alerts): your name, email, phone or WhatsApp if you give them, your message and the answers you entered. We use them to reply to your request. Legal basis: your consent and steps you ask us to take before a purchase.
- Newsletter and launch alerts: your email and the criteria you choose. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Cookies: we use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to see which pages are useful, only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your mind at any time with Cookie settings. Details in our cookie policy.
Who we share it with
To answer property enquiries, your request may be passed to a licensed real estate agency that works with developers on the Costa del Sol. This service is free for buyers: agencies are paid by the developer or seller. We also use service providers that host or process data for us (website hosting, database, email delivery), under data-processing agreements. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless a purchase process requires longer for legal reasons. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time, by writing to hello@marbella.live. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
