About Marbella Live
Marbella Live is an independent guide to new-build developments on the Costa del Sol. It covers 515 developments in 15 towns, from Sotogrande to Málaga, with prices, payment plans and delivery dates in one place.

What we do
Buying a new build here usually means piecing together brochures, price lists and developer websites that each present things differently. We put the same facts side by side for every development we can verify: price range, construction stage, delivery estimate, payment plan, sizes, developer and architect, with the date each profile was last checked.

Independent coverage
We aim to cover every new development on the coast, whoever is building or selling it. Developments are included because they are being built or sold here, and the order of every list comes from our own editorial view and the data (how we order developments), never from payment. Comparisons only ever say what each development offers; we do not rank developers.

How Marbella Live is funded
The site is free to use and carries no paid listings. When you contact us about buying, your enquiry may be handled by a licensed real estate agency that works with developers on the Costa del Sol. There is no cost to buyers: as is usual in Spain, the agency is paid by the developer or seller when a sale completes. That is how the research on this site is paid for, and you are never obliged to buy through it.
Who writes it
Profiles, guides and tools are researched and maintained by the Marbella Live editorial team. Guides on tax, residency and law are general information with sources, not legal or tax advice; for a purchase, use an independent Spanish lawyer.
